Keystone Technologies in the Greater Philadelphia area is hiring a Production Assembly Technician to fabricate and wire lighting fixtures in our warehouse. You will perform light mechanical assembly, test components, and ensure quality according to work instructions.

This role requires reliable transportation, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a strong work ethic. You will join a fast-paced team focused on Lean improvements and safe, efficient production.

Qualifications

• Experience with light duty mechanical assembly and wiring to work instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential.
• Willingness to learn Lean processes and contribute to improvements.

Responsibilities

• Light duty mechanical assembly and electrical wiring of lighting fixtures and related accessories.
• Conducts quality control checks and testing of fixtures per work instructions.
• May disassemble units to repair or refit parts as necessary.
• Operates hand tools, power tools, and other assembly line equipment.
• Meet daily/weekly production unit goals.
• Re-packaging of completed items as needed.
• Participate in internal team production meetings for process feedback.
• Identify and implement daily defects reductions and process improvements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment daily.
• Transport skids via pallet jack and fork truck throughout warehouse.
• Provide general Production area support and daily tasks.
