We are currently seeking a Jr. Quality Operations Analyst in Dracut, MA.

As a Jr. Quality Operations Analyst, your day-to-day duties will consist of and may not be limited to:

• Support manufacturing, engineering, procurement, finance/accounting & quality group activities and initiatives
• Support the maintenance, review and reporting of key quality metrics (i.e. returned materials authorization, non-conformance materials, corrective actions, etc.)
• Monitor company’s quality ISO auditing program
• Support with compliance requests such as FAI, REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, etc.
• Support safety inspections and audits
• Assist the Department Manager in planning, organizing and coordinating functions relating to the operation of the business
• Interpret GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
• At direction of Department Manager, delegate and/or communicate information to other parties
• Design and implement efficient processes using lean manufacturing principles
• Assist associate ISO 9001 auditors
• Support company training program
• Support the oversight of top customer(s) Corrective Action Program

Requirements:

• High School Diploma; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years’ experience with material planning in a manufacturing environment
• Professional in behavior and appearance
• Dependable and punctual
• Maintain a high level of quality and quantity of work
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Thinks strategically, also pragmatic and customer focused to ensure implementation effectiveness
• Excellent computer skills in a windows environment; MRP/ERP systems, MS Office
• Microsoft Excel Power-BI skill
