  • Instruct office team members on protocols as needed.

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Maintain the Lighthouse Queue and the Lighthouse Tracker spreadsheet, ensuring all necessary data is present
  • Prepare LabRx scripts for cases in the Lighthouse Queue to be printed at Lighthouse Print
  • Maintain the Lighthouse Billing Tracker and ensure accuracy for monthly billing
  • Provide support for case tracking inquiries and respond to office inquiries regarding case status and delivery estimates
  • Instruct office team members on 3Shape Communication and LabRx protocols as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
  • Desire to exceed customer service expectations
  • Data entry experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
