Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Facility Light Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Brinson Auto Group. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring that our dealership’s facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained, providing a welcoming environment for our customers and staff.

Specific Job-Related Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all dealership areas, including the showroom, service bays, and customer lounges.

  • Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.

  • Maintain outdoor spaces, including landscaping, snow/ice removal, and parking lot upkeep.

  • Assist with furniture assembly, equipment installation, and general handyman tasks as needed.

  • Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, tools, and other maintenance materials.

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.

  • Collaborate with management to schedule larger repair or renovation projects.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures at all times.

General Company Related Duties and Responsibilities

• Report to work within acceptable time frames and company standards.
• Maintain appropriate degree of professionalism towards customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Bilingual Preferred.
• Must be able to lift items up to 50- 75 lbs.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and computers.
• Ability to understand and carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

Working Conditions

The employee will work indoors and outdoors.
