Job summary

Hypertherm Associates is seeking an Assembler – 1st Shift in Lebanon/Hanover, NH. No experience is required; on‑the‑job training is provided. Core hours are roughly 6am–2pm, Monday to Friday, at $20.65/hour.

We are a 100% Associate‑owned company that values safety, quality, and teamwork. As an assembler you will follow standard processes and documentation to build subassemblies and finished goods, using tools with care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and standard work documents.
• Ability to work independently alongside team members to build sub-assemblies and finished goods.
• Independently troubleshoot errors or failures.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble subassemblies and finished goods using standard processes and tools.
• Follow documented procedures to ensure quality and safety.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production targets and timelines.
• Inspect finished products for defects and address issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to PPE requirements.

Assembler – 1st Shift

$20.65/hour Monday - Friday, core hours are 6am-2pm roughly (specific hours vary by team) Lebanon, New Hampshire and Hanover, New Hampshire

As an Assembler, you'll be part of a team that takes pride in building world-class plasma cutting systems and subassemblies. Using standard processes, documentation, tools, and technology, you will assemble high-quality products that help our customers succeed every day. Our associates carefully craft each system with attention to detail, safety, and quality, ensuring it meets customer expectations before being shipped around the globe. If you enjoy hands-on work, collaborating with others, and seeing the direct impact of your contributions, this role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference as part of an associate-owned company. No experience is necessary. We provide extensive on-the-job training within the team and full support along the way!

Competitive Compensation

• Base hourly pay to start at $20.65/hour PLUS an Annual Profit-Sharing with a target of 20% BONUS
