Hypertherm Associates in Hanover, NH is hiring a Warehouse Specialist for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm). You will safely pick, pack, and ship customer orders, using handheld devices and autonomous robot systems, with on-the-job training provided.

Starting pay is $20.65 per hour, with benefits including medical premiums from day one, and a profit-sharing program. No prior experience is required; join a stable, employee-owned company and grow with a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• As a Warehouse Specialist you will work on a team to safely, accurately, and efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders following established pick and pack processes; scanning labels, and counting the correct amount ordered.
• Ensure products are properly packaged, protected, and presented in a professional manner.
• Participate in on-the-job training and work with team to meet quality and productivity goals.
