Responsibilities

1. Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment. Set up and adjust machine and equipment for production runs.
2. Clean, lubricate, and maintain machines to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot issues and submit maintenance requests as needed.
3. Coordinate the assignment of crewmembers and provide training for new team members if applicable.
4. Must be able to lift, pull, and push 50 pounds.
5. Perform two-handed operation with good eye/hand coordination.
6. Communicate effectively in English — read, write, and speak.
7. Regularly sit or stand, reach, and move about the facility.
8. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Knowledge of standard setups, adjustments, and operating characteristics of the equipment, with the skill to perform standard adjustments and operate the equipment.
2. Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities.

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $17.50 - $25.00/hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based on education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay. RRD offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, insurance, 401(k) with match, life insurance, and other voluntary supplemental coverages, plus tuition assistance, maternity leave, adoption assistance, and employer/partner discounts.
