Job summary

RRD is seeking a Printing and Bindery Specialist on the 3rd shift in Indiana. You will operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment, set up machines for production runs, and ensure smooth workflow.

You will clean, lubricate, and maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and may train new crew members. RRD offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, tuition assistance, maternity leave, and other related perks.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of standard set ups, adjustments and operating characteristics of the equipment
• Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to the individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities of the equipment

Therate of pay for this role at the noted location is $18.20 per hour. In addition to base pay, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential $2 more for 2nd shift, call-in, and stand-by pay.
