Job Description

• This position will start on 1st shift (6:00am - 2:00pm) and transition to a 12-hour rotating day shift (6:00am - 6:00pm).

Requirements:

• Operate offline and auxiliary binding, finishing, and packaging equipment. Set up and adjust machines and equipment for production runs.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain machines to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot issues and submit maintenance requests as needed.
• Coordinate the assignment of crewmembers and provide training for new team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of standard setups, adjustments, and operating characteristics of the equipment, with the skill to perform standard adjustments and operate the equipment.
• Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities.

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $18.21 to $26.00 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based on education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and standby pay. RRD offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, insurance, 401(k) with match, life insurance, and other voluntary supplemental coverages, plus tuition assistance, maternity leave, adoption assistance, and employer/partner discounts.
