Job summary

RRD is seeking a production technician in Auburn, WA to operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment. You will set up machines, adjust for production runs, perform cleanup and preventive maintenance, and may train new crew members.

The role requires knowledge of standard equipment setups and the ability to adjust equipment to job requirements. You may coordinate crewmembers and support the team to ensure smooth production flow.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of standard set ups, adjustments and operating characteristics of the equipment and skill to perform standard adjustments and operate the equipment
• Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to the individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities of the equipment

Additional Information

The pay range for this role is $20.50 - $29.94/hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location.

In addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
