Job Details

1st Shift, 7am-3pm

Job Description

• Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment
• Set up and adjust machines and equipment for production runs
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain machines to ensure optimal operation
• Troubleshoot issues and request maintenance as needed
• Coordinate crew assignments and train new team members
• Must be able to lift, pull, and push 50 pounds
• Operate with good eye/hand coordination using both hands
• Communicate effectively in English (read, write, speak)
• Regularly sit, stand, reach, and move about the facility

Qualifications

• Familiarity with routine operating procedures of equipment, following step-by-step instructions
• Skill to perform minor clerical tasks related to equipment operation and maintenance
• Ability to identify improper machine operation and make basic adjustments
