(This description may not include all duties required of this position) On a construction site you will operate various light equipment and assist the crew with grading and laying storm pipes and structures, while following safety protocols and company policies. Preferred candidates have at least one year of commercial construction equipment operation

Qualifications

• 1 year of commercial construction equipment operator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate power construction equipment to move, load or unload dirt and materials according to guidelines.
• Grade, dig and lift materials as directed on site.
• Work on a site crew performing grading operations and installing storm pipes and structures.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as mini excavator, skid steer, roller, compactor, forklift, buckhoist and related light equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and work in a drug-free environment.

• Under general supervision operates several types of power construction equipment according to established guidelines to move, load or unload dirt; grade, dig and/or lift materials
• Will be working on a site crew performing grading operations and installing storm pipes and structures.
• Equipment may include, mini excavator,skid steer, roller, compactor, forklift, buckhoist and other light equipment
• May repair and maintain equipment in addition to other duties.
• Must adhere to safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment.

Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience

1year ofcommercial construction Equipment Operator experience preferred.
