Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a skilled Light Equipment Operator to join our team in Brashear, TX. You will operate light construction equipment and support project delivery with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include equipment inspection, loading/unloading materials, and collaborating with site supervisors to meet deadlines while maintaining a clean, organized work area in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols.
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing project needs.
• This position requires working outdoors in various, often extreme weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.
• This position may also include exposure to loud noises, dust, debris, and other construction-related hazards.

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites.

• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
• Assist with manual labor tasks as needed when equipment is not in use.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the storage of equipment and tools.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Light Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of light construction equipment to assist in the completion of projects. Your expertise in safely and efficiently operating machinery, along with a strong attention to detail, will contribute to the overall success of our operations.
