Guardian Fleet Services is seeking a new team member for the position of Light Duty Tow Truck Driver. The role involves operating a commercial towing and recovery vehicle with a GVWR of less than 25,999 lbs. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license suitable for the vehicle being operated and towed.

Essential Duties:

1. Provide reliable, professional customer service.
2. Drive and perform duties via interstate for towing, recovery, and transport.
3. Communicate effectively with Dispatch.
4. Perform daily vehicle inspections, identifying mechanical issues.
5. Follow all safety requirements and DOT regulations.
6. Report mechanical issues promptly.
7. Utilize software and computer programs such as Samsara, GPS, and Tow book.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves lifting, crawling, pulling, frequent use of hands, bending, reaching, and climbing. Work is outdoors and may expose workers to extreme weather conditions and noise. Lifting over 50 lbs is required; candidates must have no lifting restrictions.
