Qualifications

• Experience in auto body repair or collision repair preferred.
• Familiarity with light body work including filler and panel repair.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and body shop equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform light auto body repairs including dent removal, panel straightening, and minor collision repair
• Prep vehicles for paint including sanding, masking, and surface finishing
• Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods
• Operate body shop tools and equipment including grinders, sanders, and pulling equipment
• Apply body fillers and primers to restore vehicle surfaces to factory appearance
• Collaborate with estimators and painters to ensure efficient workflow and quality results
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
