Responsibilities

• Learn and understand assembly instructions using training, work orders, part lists, blueprints and manuals
• Assemble machines and sub-assemblies to proper fit and finish
• Accurately complete work orders and pick lists to track inventory
• Read blueprints and qualify assemblies to drawings
• Keep work area, parts, supplies and tools organized; request repairs/replacements as needed
• Maintain strict shift attendance compliance
• Work in a healthy team environment, assist others when able
