Aladdin Temp-Rite in Hendersonville, TN is seeking 2nd and 3rd shift Light Assembly/Pack Out associates to join our team. You will perform light assembly, inspect parts, and prepare sub-assemblies using molded plastic and related materials.

We offer competitive pay of $17.50–$19.00 per hour, regular raises, a comprehensive benefits package, paid training, and opportunities for advancement into roles such as Mold Setter or Process Technician.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy hands-on work with industrial machinery.
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
• Tolerance for noise and occasional lifting.

Responsibilities

• Clear molded parts from machines and record counts.
• Assemble sub-assemblies using molded parts and other components.
• Inspect parts and report issues to Supervisor.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow safety rules.
