Job summary

American Orthodontics is seeking a detail‑oriented assembly worker to join our manufacturing team in Wisconsin. You will use tweezers, magnification, and automated equipment to assemble small orthodontic devices per specification and perform visual inspections to ensure quality.

Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic reading, math, and computer skills, and the ability to stay seated for 8–10 hours with the strength to lift up to 20 pounds.

• Previous manufacturing experience a plus.
• Must be able to remain seated for 8-10 hours per day.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
• Exceptional finger dexterity.
