Responsibilities

  • Reads work orders and follows drawings and instructions for assemblies.
  • Assembles components and subassemblies according to specifications.
  • Attaches hardware and installs finished assemblies in cases or cabinets.
  • Positions parts and ensures proper alignment in fixtures or jigs.
  • Connects wires and tests components to meet production specs.
  • Performs intermediate assembly tasks and quality checks.
  • Adjusts materials to achieve required electrical or dimensional specs.
  • Conducts go/no-go testing and inspection to ensure standards.
