Job summary

Barnhart Crane & Rigging in Memphis, TN, is seeking a Lifting & Transportation Trainee to start a structured 2-year rotation across shop, yard, and field operations, building the skills for a long-term career in heavy lift and transport.

You will gain hands-on experience with cranes, rigging, and heavy transport systems in a safety-driven team, with a permanent full-time role and benefits after 90 days including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
