Barnhart Crane & Rigging is seeking a skilled Crane Operator for local projects in Arkansas. You will operate cranes from boom trucks to large 600-ton equipment and support lifting operations across plants and wind farms.

This permanent, full-time role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable communication on busy job sites. CDL Class A and NCCCO certification are required, with travel occasional for field work.

What You’ll Do

• Help ensure safe lifting through load control and communication with rigging crews

What You Bring

Required:

• CDL Class A
• NCCCO certification(s)
• Strong commitment to safety and communication on job sites

Preferred:

• Experience operating AT, hydraulic, or boom truck cranes
• Experience in rigging or heavy haul operations
• TWIC card

Additional Expectations:

• Ability to work day/night shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Willingness to travel occasionally for field work

Work Environment

• Monday-Friday with 40+ hours per week, with potential for overtime
• Primarily local work, with project-based variability
• Outdoor, active job sites across multiple industries
