Responsibilities

• Develop lift plans, schedules, and work scopes for crane and rigging operations.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and logistics to ensure safe and efficient execution.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards and review lift plans.
• Estimate project costs, track expenses, and manage budgets.
• Coordinate crane operators, riggers, trucking, and specialized equipment.
