Lift Truck Operator III CAD Calhoun GA 2nd Shift

Shift: 2nd Shift 4 pm - 12 am

Responsibilities:

1. Perform safety checks and complete vehicle inspection reports before operating equipment.
2. Recharge lift truck batteries or refuel as needed.
3. Unload goods from storage areas, bin locations, or trailers.
4. Follow instructions from the onboard RF unit and operate the hand-held scanner correctly.
5. Manually load/unload materials not handled by forks or poles.
6. Participate in all required training related to the lift truck operator role and cross-training as directed by supervision.
7. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or GED required.
2. Proficient in reading, writing in English, and performing basic math calculations.
3. Complete all required on-the-job training and safety courses.
4. Ability to lift 80 pounds frequently during shift.
5. Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
