We are hiring for a 2nd Shift Lift Truck Operator (Sunday-Thursday, 4pm-12:30am) to provide quality material handling to support operations and achieve growth. This position reports to the Facility Manager and may require weekends, holidays, and overtime. Our competitive benefits package includes corporate paid plans.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a lift truck to pick orders, load and unload trucks and railcars.
• Perform inventory control activities to ensure accurate product records.
• Provide accurate communication regarding inbound and outbound orders to serve our customers.

Qualifications:

• Experience operating lift truck attachments.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks and railcars with lift trucks.
• Reliable transportation to report to scheduled shifts and travel between facilities as needed.
• Accuracy in counting and completing paperwork.
• Interest or experience in the product being handled.
• Positive, clear, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of lift truck experience.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse environment experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to slide, push, or pull cases up to 60 pounds.
• Willingness to wear PPE and uniforms provided by the company.
