Job summary

Apache Mills, Inc. is hiring a Lift Truck Operator (LTO) for our receiving operations in Calhoun, GA. The role is Mon-Fri with overtime possible on Saturdays. You will operate a lift truck, inspect equipment daily, and complete certification. You will use scanning equipment and gain AS400 knowledge, supporting quality standards and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Operate a lift truck safely in a fast-paced manufacturing and receiving environment.
• Inspect the lift truck daily to confirm it is properly maintained and safe to operate.
• Successfully pass the lift truck written certification exam and demonstration of safe operation
• Utilize the scanning equipment and acquire general knowledge of the AS400 system.
• Work extended hours include weekends when business needs require.
• Meet or exceed company quality standards.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Comply with company processes and procedures.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.
• Stand, walk, lift, bend, stoop, and reach while handling material or products.
