The role emphasizes strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, ability to read schematics, and excellent customer service skills. A valid driver's license and safe driving record are required for field assignments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to read and understand electrical/hydraulic schematics.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Technical degree or hands-on lift truck repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and other lift trucks.
• Perform planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
• Maintain service van and inventory.
• Process paperwork after each job completion.
