Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking knowledgeable customer-focused service technicians to join the team. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Crown and other lift trucks, perform scheduled maintenance, and keep a vehicle and inventory in good order.

Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, ability to read schematics, and solid communication with customers are essential for success. This role is primarily first-shift, with opportunities for advancement within a global company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience preferred.
• Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes.
• Ability to read and understand electrical/hydraulic schematics.
• Strong written/verbal communication and customer care skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and other lift trucks.
• Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer equipment.
• Maintain a service van and its inventory.
• Process paperwork after job completion.
