ConGlobal Industries LLC in New Orleans, LA is hiring a Lift Operator to safely move intermodal containers within our depot yard using a top-lift or side loader. The role emphasizes efficiency, safety, and teamwork to minimize driver wait times and keep yard operations running smoothly.

The position is full-time with a day shift, starting pay of $22.00–$25.00 per hour, and includes paid training, medical/dental/vision benefits, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

Experience operating top-lift/side loader or similar heavy equipment.
Strong safety focus and situational awareness.
Able to work outdoors in varying weather.
Good communication and teamwork.
Must pass background and drug screening.
Valid driver’s license.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Operate top-lift and side loader to move containers within the yard.
Load and unload containers from chassis.
Stack and unstack containers and chassis per yard plan.
Coordinate with gate personnel to assist drivers.
Support maintenance by moving equipment for repairs.
Perform safety checks and report issues.
Follow site safety protocols and keep yard clean.
