Job summary

Kenan Advantage Group is seeking a forklift operator to move large mobile tanks and containers within the facility, using 15k empty lifts and 60k heavy lifts as needed. Role requires outdoor work in all weather, safety awareness, and at least 2 years of forklift experience.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a large forklift to move tanks and containers.
• Comfort with outdoor work and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to load/unload materials and assist with tasks as needed.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and avoidance of enclosed spaces/heights.

Responsibilities

• Move large mobile tanks and containers within the facility using forklifts.
• Load and unload materials, supporting terminal operations.
• Operate and assist with yard mule and other equipment when required.

Job description

Shift

• Monday through Friday from 8am - 4pm

Pay

• $25-28/hour

This position will have primary responsibilities of moving large mobile tanks and/or containers within the facility by operating and driving the large heavy forklift trucks (empty and loaded) and yard mule. Job duties will also include loading and unloading of other materials and assisting with other miscellaneous items as needed to contribute to the overall team effort of the terminal.

Pay Range: 25.00-28.00 per_hour, General Benefits:

A minimum of 2 years' experience is required. Experience with using a 15k empty lift and a 60k heavy lift is preferred.

Possess a basic understanding of mechanical valves.

This is an outdoor position, and you will be required to work in all elements to include rain, heat, cold, etc.
