Job summary

Crystal Mountain is seeking an Employee Housing Attendant to join the Human Resources team on site at Crystal Mountain, WA. The role supports resident housing operations, conducts upkeep, and coordinates movement for employees while maintaining safety and cleanliness throughout living spaces.

Ideal candidates are 21+ with a high school diploma or GED, have a valid driver’s license, and can work in a team or independently.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• State-issued Driver’s License; must be insurable by company.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Conflict resolution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance as needed.
• Ensures timely arrivals at collection points and coordinates with supervisor.
• Transports employees to transit centers, shopping trips, appointments and activities.
• Manages passenger behavior and safe disembarkation with belongings.
• Cleans and sanitizes common areas and stock rooms.
• Gathers and transports trash/refuse to on-site dumpsters; manages recycling.

Mandatory safety training is required.* Ensures timely arrivals at collection points, passenger transport, and supervisor communication.* Transports employees to transit centers, shopping trips, appointments and activities.* Manages passenger behavior, ensuring safe disembarkation with personal belongings, and incident reporting.* Oversees sanitizing and stocking kitchen bathrooms, hallways, entryways, and common areas.* Gathers and transports trash/refuse to on-site dumpsters and manages compost and recycling collection and disposal.* Aids in maintaining common spaces, outdoor areas and reports maintenance requirements to facilities.* Covers day-to-day upkeep, handling move-ins/move-outs in the manager's absence, and departmental coordination. Assists management with room inspections and reports policy violations.* Serves as a point of contact for resident advisors, policy enforcement and community building.* Partners with Employee Experience Coordinator and International Employee Coordinators for events and activities. **KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS** * Must be 21 years or older.* Must have a High School Diploma or GED.* Must have a state-issued Driver’s License and be insurable by the Company’s insurance carriers.* Must be able to work in a team environment and independently.* Previous Housekeeping Experience preferred* Conflict Resolution Experience preferred **PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS** * Should possess strong verbal communication skills to deal effectively with employees, supervisors, and management personnel.* Position requires the ability to lift to 50 lbs. and carry up to 25 lbs.* Must be able to stand and walk on various floor surfaces for extended periods of time.* Must be able to walk, twist, crouch, push, pull and climb stairs throughout shift.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
