Woodward Park City in Park City, Utah, seeks a hands-on Lift Operations Supervisor to lead daily lift operations, staffing, safety, and guest experience for our mountain facility. You will manage 10–40 seasonal employees and set priorities for safe, efficient service.

Work includes coaching, safety briefings, shift scheduling, and coordination with Tubing. Candidates need supervisory experience, strong communication, weather adaptability, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience leading teams in a shift-based environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing weather, guest volume, and operations.
• Willingness to stand outdoors and work extended hours, including weekends.
• Completion of required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily lift operations, employee assignments, and priorities.
• Coach, train, and provide performance feedback to staff.
• Manage staffing and scheduling based on conditions and needs.
• Lead safety briefings and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Tubing Supervisor for coverage.
• Provide hands-on support within tubing and mountain operations.
