You will plan, lead and motivate residents in daily activities, maintain records of participation, and build one-on-one relationships to personalize experiences. This role supports programming aligned with celebrations or themes, helps organize outings, and communicates details via newsletters and media.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience preferred.
• Experience in recreational activities preferred.

• Communicate programming information via various media methods to include weekly, monthly newsletter, in-house television channel, postings, mailing, electronic messaging, etc.
