Job summary

Encore Healthcare Services in Schaumburg, IL is seeking an Lifestyles Activity Manager for Independent Living. This full-time role designs and schedules diverse recreational programming for Seniors, under the Lifestyles Director, promoting engagement and quality of life.

You will plan arts programming, coordinate large events, liaise with the Resident Activity Committee, and communicate programs through print and digital channels. Bachelor’s degree preferred; some evenings/weekends required.

• Ability to effectively communicate with Residents and Associates in individual and group settings.
• Strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
• Knowledge of AV equipment operation, including photography and video.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Computer skills with ability to utilize a variety of apps to support programming.
