Job summary
Intermountain Health is seeking a Physician in Lifestyle Medicine to join a team focused on preventing, treating, and managing chronic diseases while improving patient quality of life. This role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to $20,000, with practice at the Live Well Center in Park City, UT.
Experienced physicians and new graduates with Wellness Certification are encouraged to apply; you must hold an MD or DO, complete residency, and maintain or obtain Utah
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school
- Residency training in the designated discipline
- Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline
- Lifestyle / Wellness Certification
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services to prevent, treat, and manage chronic diseases and improve quality of life
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
- Contribute to quality metrics and patient experience initiatives
- Engage in credentialing and professional development activities
