Esplanade at Kingston in Estero, FL is seeking a Lifestyle Manager to design and execute a diverse calendar of events for members and guests. The role involves coordinating activities across fitness, wellness, social clubs, arts, and cultural events while building relationships with local partners and vendors.

The Lifestyle Manager will work closely with sales and builder teams, ensuring top-tier service, gathering resident feedback, and staying current with industry trends to keep programs

Compensation: $85,000 annually

General Purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifestyle Manager to join our team at Esplanade, a prestigious resort lifestyle community. The Lifestyle Manager will curate and execute a robust program of activities and events that engage and enrich the lives of our members and guests, creating a vibrant and dynamic resort lifestyle atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing a comprehensive calendar of events and activities that cater to a wide range of interests and preferences, including fitness, wellness, court sports, cultural events, pet events, themed events, social clubs and groups, and social gatherings.
• Building strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and vendors to bring unique and engaging experiences to the community.
• Collaborating with other departments, including sales and the builder team, to ensure a seamless delivery of all programs and events.
• Actively seeking and incorporating feedback from members to continually improve and evolve the program offerings.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction at all times.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our program offerings remain robust and relevant.
• Working closely with the sales team to promote community events and activities, and provide concierge‑style assistance to residents.
• Planning, coordinating, and executing high‑quality events and special occasions, from start to finish.

Qualifications

• A proven track record of successfully planning and executing events and activities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.
• A positive, flexible, and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field.
• A genuine passion for creating memorable experiences and enriching the lives of others.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of related experience.

Certificates

• New hires will receive training in the Esplanade Lifestyle Concierge and the Esplanade Lifestyle Manager Certificate Programs.
