Ashley Furniture in Greenwood, Indiana, is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to turn store guests into loyal customers. As the home-furnishings expert, you’ll inspire guests, help them select styles, and design rooms they love.

This role thrives on enthusiasm, energy, and a strong customer-service mindset. You will deliver world-class service, process sales, assist with financing, and handle opening/closing duties while supporting inventory and loss prevention.

Formación

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding service experience, maintain a welcoming presence at the front desk, engage with guests respectfully.
• Process sales orders accurately, assist with credit applications and financing while documenting transactions.
• Address customer concerns independently when possible.
• Assist with store opening/closing activities including cash reconciliation and daily checklists.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention; participate in bi-annual inventory checks.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs; perform additional tasks as needed.
