Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf seeks a Lifestyle Director for Trilogy at The Vineyards: Club Los Meganos to drive community life through events, programming, communications, and more. You will coordinate activities, engage Members, and oversee logistics for successful events.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 2+ years in event planning and budgeting. Evening/weekend work and a flexible schedule are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years’ experience in event planning and budgeting preferred.
• Experience with HOA or homebuilders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the core values and mission of BlueStar Resort & Golf (BSRG) to support company goals.
• Create a comprehensive member program with monthly activities and events.
• Host Club events and activities and collect feedback for improvements.
• Develop programs in collaboration with other department leaders to synergies activities.
• Manage budgets and monitor revenues and expenses for the department.
