Asbury is seeking a Lifestyle Enrichment Professional to plan, coordinate, and deliver engaging activities that support residents’ physical, social, emotional, and intellectual well-being.

You’ll lead group and individual enrichment, guided by care plans, and collaborate with the Well-Being Director to schedule activities, including evenings and weekends, while fostering a welcoming, therapeutic environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED equivalency required.
• Minimum one year of Activities preferred.
• Professional experience with geriatric residents in a Personal Care Home preferred.
• Background or experience as a musician, artist, or other creative professional is a plus, as these skills can enhance resident engagement and support meaningful lifestyle enrichment programming.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees residents engaged in scheduled enrichment to promote the physical, social, vocational, emotional and intellectual aspects of residents.
• Ensures that all activity care plans are used as tools in providing daily Lifestyle Enrichment for the residents.
• Assists the Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator with the development and execution of the activity calendars with flexible scheduling for coverage, to include evening and weekend hours as assigned.
• Provides on-going Lifestyle Enrichment (group and self-directed).

Schedule & Compensation

• Two days during the week and every other weekend
• up to 24 hours weekly/ 48 hours biweekly
• 9am-5:30pm
• $15.50/hour

Job Description

The Lifestyle Enrichment Professional is responsible for facilitating Well-being and recreational Lifestyle Enrichment as assigned in treatment plans or activity schedule as directed by the Well-Being Director. Possess the ability to obtain and interpret information considering age specific needs of the resident. Promotes environment that supports all aspects of Well-Being; physical, social, emotional, vocational, intellectual, environmental, and spiritual. The Lifestyle Enrichment Professional assists in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the activity programs of the facility.
