CAMS (Community Association Management Services) in Wilmington, NC seeks a dedicated Lifestyle Director to lead community life-enrichment programs for residents. As the face of the management team, you’ll plan and execute events, build partnerships, manage budgets, and communicate with homeowners, the board, and staff.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic 55+ community setting.

Qualifications

An active adult community in Wilmington, NC that is managed by CAMS (Community Association Manager Services) is seeking an exceptional activities leader (Lifestyle Director).

The full-time Lifestyle Director is the "activities face" of the management team that brings residents together through life-enrichment activities and events that meet the needs of every owner in the community at any stage of life. This person must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, creative, flexible and can meet multiple daily deadlines. They will need to be able to work effectively with a wide range of community stakeholders, including the community management team, a board of directors, and, most importantly, our owners. The ideal candidate will be expected to have at least 3 years of professional lifestyle program management experience.

Experience with 55+ community programming is a plus!

Many events are held on weekends, evenings and holidays. The Lifestyle Community Manager should be available to plan, coordinate and attend the various functions; as well as purchase supplies, preview entertainment and evaluate locations all while upholding regular office needs.

Benefits & Salary

The position is full-time, 9am-6pm or 10am - 7pm, Monday-Friday which includes weekdays/nights, and some holidays and weekends. After 3 months of employment, schedule can be made flexible based on the weekend schedule of events. The salary range is based on the candidate's relevant experience and qualifications related to the role.
