Job summary

Massage Heights - Vintage Park is seeking a Lifestyle Consultant to greet guests, educate them on massage and skin therapy services, and drive sales from the front desk. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, building guest relationships, and supporting team sales goals in a dynamic spa environment.

Flexible hours and access to advanced tools are provided, along with opportunities for growth. Complimentary monthly massages or facials are offered as a perk to team members.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Must have sales or retail and guest service experience.
• Strong understanding of basic computer software and ability to learn new systems.
• Fast learner with a positive, energetic attitude.
• Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution.
• Passion for communicating with people and providing exceptional service on a consistent basis.
• MUST be available to work varied hours (weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Confidently, knowledgeably educate guests about services, products and programs.
• Able to reach monthly sales goals.
• Provide exceptional service by listening, communicating and responding to guest's needs.
• Promote therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy and skin therapy.
• Link therapeutic products to the guest’s service to enhance the guest’s experience at home.
• Create and maintain positive relationships with team members and guests.
• Recognize and support team sales goals.
• Assist in Retreat cleanliness as needed.
