Job summary

Massage Heights Vintage Park is seeking a friendly Lifestyle Consultant for our front desk team. You will educate guests on our services and products, and help drive sales while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Sales or retail and guest service experience required.
• Fast learner with ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Educate guests about services, products and programs.
• Aim to reach monthly sales goals.
• Provide exceptional service by listening and responding to guests’ needs.
• Promote therapeutic benefits of massage and skin therapy and link products to services.
• Create and maintain positive relationships with team members and guests.
• Recognize and support team sales goals.
• Assist in retreat cleanliness as needed.

Responsibilities

• Confidently, knowledgeably educate guests about services, products and programs
• Able to reach monthly sales goals
• Provide exceptional service by listening, communicating and responding to guest’s needs
• Promote therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy and skin therapyLink therapeutic products to the guest’s service to enhance the guest’s experience at home
• Create and maintain positive relationships with team members and guests
• Recognize and support team sales goals
• Assist in Retreat cleanliness as needed

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Must have sales or retail and guest service experience
• Strong understanding of basic computer software and ability to learn new systems
• Fast learner with a positive, energetic attitude
• Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution
• Passion for communicating with people and providing exceptional service on a consistent basis
• MUST be available to work varied hours (weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.)
