Job summary

Massage Heights - Vintage Park is seeking a LifeStyle Consultant to join our front desk team and help inspire, educate and promote a balanced lifestyle for every member and guest who walks through our door. You will confidently educate guests about services, products and programs while delivering warm, attentive service.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate with commissions, flexible hours, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Sales or retail and guest service experience required.
• General computer software literacy; able to learn new systems quickly.
• Energetic, positive attitude with a fast learning ability.
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Passion for engaging with people and delivering exceptional service.
• Must be available to work varied hours including some weekends/evenings/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Confidently educate guests about services, products and programs.
• Able to reach monthly sales goals.
• Provide exceptional service by listening, communicating and responding to guest needs.
• Promote therapeutic benefits of regular massage and skin therapy.
• Link therapeutic products to the guest’s service to enhance at-home experience.
• Create and maintain positive relationships with team members and guests.
• Recognize and support team sales goals.
• Assist in retreat cleanliness as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Confidently, knowledgeably educate guests about services, products and programs
