Arden Courts of Glen Ellyn in Illinois seeks a Lifestyle Assistant to provide daily activity programs for residents and assist the Director in delivering a full range of program services. This role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism to ensure high-quality resident programming.

Qualifications

• Dementia care knowledge and appropriate therapeutic interventions preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.
• Experience with resident programming is a plus.

Requirements

Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Skills: Demonstrated knowledge and experience with residents having dementia and appropriate therapeutic/behavioral interventions preferred; Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner.
Physical Demands: Walking, standing, talking, and hearing; ability to move freely throughout facility
