Job summary

Vi Living’s Aventura facility is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to help design and run activities that promote wellness for residents. You will assist in creating engaging programs, coordinating events, and contributing to the monthly activity calendar and newsletter.

The role emphasizes strong organizational and communication skills, with daily interaction in a senior living environment. The position is on-site at the Florida location with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

Lifestyle Assistant

A desirable opportunity exists for an individual to assist in the Lifestyle department in the development and execution of programs, activities and special events promoting whole person wellness for residents. You'll be involved in coordinating, facilitating and leading in-house group activities and assist with publishing the monthly activity calendar and monthly resident newsletter.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in the field of recreation and leisure activities for an active senior population is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills along with proficiency in MS Office.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
