Job summary
HonorHealth Medical Fitness in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Lifestyle & Aquatics Supervisor to lead day-to-day aquatics operations, lifeguard oversight, and youth programming within the medical fitness environment. You will ensure safety, maintain water quality, train staff, and partner with Fitness and Group Exercise teams to deliver engaging aquatic programming for members and families.
Requires 1 year lifeguard/instruction experience, 1 year lead or supervisory experience, and relevant
Qualifications
- Associates in Recreation, Exercise Science, or related field.
- Bachelors in Recreation, Exercise Science, or related field preferred.
- CPR and BLS certifications required; Lifeguard certification required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee aquatics operations including staffing, water quality, and safety compliance.
- Supervise lifeguards, Kids Club attendants, and recreation programming.
- Ensure emergency preparedness and maintain policies and procedures.
