Arden Courts of Wilmington in Delaware is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to deliver daily activity programs for residents and support the Director in offering a full range of services. The role requires tact, sensitivity, and professional conduct to ensure high-quality programming.

You will work on site with residents, including those with dementia, reading, writing and speaking English; beneficial experience with dementia care and therapeutic approaches is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with residents having dementia preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
