Job summary
A local healthcare organization in Gretna is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to lead daily lifestyle programming and orientations for new residents. The ideal candidate should possess a STAR mentality and have experience in hospitality, preferably working with the aging population. Responsibilities include creating lifestyle calendars, orienting residents, and maintaining lifestyle areas. Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in hospitality.
- At least three years of experience in a similar position preferred.
- Experience working with the aging population preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead group lifestyle programming and activities daily.
- Administer new resident facility and activity orientations.
- Assist in creation of monthly lifestyle calendar and programs.
- Complete move in interest inventory with new residents.
- Thorough cleaning, maintenance, and organization of lifestyle supplies.
- Design and implement a balanced program of lifestyle activities.
