Position Summary

The LifeSpa Esthetician provides skin and facial services and treatments that enhance guests' well-being and improve their club experience. Services include facials, waxing, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, and makeup application, all aimed at exceeding guest expectations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide personalized skin and facial treatments tailored to client needs and expectations.
2. Educate clients about LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
3. Discuss options with clients to determine their individual needs.
4. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the LifeSpa and Salon.
5. Serve as an expert in skin analysis and maintenance regimens.
6. Promote all LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
7. Stay current with certifications and industry trends.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Esthetician License valid in the state of work.
• Ability to perform calculations involving discounts, interest, and commissions.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, and feel comfortable performing physical tasks.

Preferred Requirements

• At least 2 years of cosmetology experience.
• Six months of sales experience.
• Knowledge of Salon Biz software.

Pay

This role offers commission-based pay ranging from 35% to 70%, depending on product sales and individual productivity. The minimum weekly pay will be the applicable minimum wage per hour.
