Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Educational Aide II Certification required.
• 15 college hours or passing score on Paraprofessional Exam preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with instruction, attendance, and materials preparation.
• Reinforce behavior plans and support classroom discipline as directed.
• Assist students with daily activities, personal care, and transitions.
• Supervise small groups in classroom and community settings.
• Contribute to a positive school climate through encouragement and teamwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
