The High Museum of Art, part of The Woodruff Arts Center, seeks a Coordinator of Lifelong Learning to manage programs for older adults, including Culture Collective offerings and partnerships. You will coordinate planning, registrations, materials, and logistics, and work with colleagues to ensure inclusive, engaging experiences.

Under supervision of the Associate Director of Lifelong Learning and Accessibility, you will support outreach with Marketing, perform admin tasks, and help track

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in humanities, education, or related field.
• Experience with older adult learners and/or adults with disabilities is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement Culture Collective programs for older adults.
• Coordinate planning meetings, registration, materials, and logistics.
• Assist with setup, check-in, and breakdown of events.
• Collaborate with Marketing for program outreach and communications.
• Provide administrative support including payments, tracking, and reporting.
